A client came to us with a render and a request for 50 fully custom Wildcat figurines. We had molds produced and designed each figure to weigh less than 7 lb. Every unit was custom painted by hand in-house. The lead time for the 50-unit run was 2.5 months.

A precise digital model carries intricate curves, lettering, and relief into CNC-machined wood. The workflow combines repeatable machining with a final finish by hand.

These PPA-CF parts received a controlled six-hour anneal at 250°F, followed by a slow cooldown. The post-processing step was used to stabilize the material and improve dimensional stability.
